Chef’s Advice
For purists, burrata is meant to be eaten as is, without major pairings or transformations. But, for those looking for an experience with a twist, in addition to the classic caprese, there are various ways in which burrata can be incorporated into everyday recipes. For example, simply whisk burrata to make a stringy, mouthwatering cream with which to cream risotto, or spread it on bruschetta for a fresh and delicious aperitif.
